RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to customs laws we can only accept returns and exchanges within the European Union, we apologize for that.
If you'd like to return your product, the general return period is 15 days. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
Only full price items can be accepted for returns.
The client is responsible for shipping the return items using an authorized delivery company.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
